    Submission Guidelines

  1. Abstracts must be composed in English and uploaded exclusively via the designated online submission portal. (Submissions sent by email will not be considered.)
  2. Every participant is limited to a single abstract submission.
  3. Submitted work must be original, unpublished in any journal, and not previously presented at other conferences.
  4. Ensure all required fields in the submission form are fully completed.
  5. Limit the abstract title to 20 words or fewer. It should be concise, written IN CAPITAL LETTERS, clearly reflect the research focus, and align with the abstract’s content. Avoid abbreviations in the title.
  6. The main body of the abstract must not exceed 300 words.
  7. Structure the abstract using the following sections:
    • Introduction
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusion
    • Keywords
  8. Do not include images, tables, or graphs in the abstract.
  9. No revisions to abstracts will be permitted after the submission deadline has passed.
  10. Only abstracts from authors who have paid the registration fee will be included in the final conference program.
  11. The Organizers are not liable for any typographical errors or misspellings found in the Abstract Book.
